I'm afraid we ran into considerable technical difficulties while attempting to produce the CD-ROM containing the new master list and software. We have now successfully generated an original of the CD and sent it for replication checking. If all goes well it should be being copied by the end of next week and distributed by the office soon after that.
Apologies to everyone for the delay caused.
