Round 5 was the first of two games to be played in the day and started at 10am. Coaching began earlier than usual (in some cases it began the night before, depending on what time the pairing came out) and players got themselves ready for what was going to be a tough day. For the second round in a row 9 of our players faced rated opposition. At least there was the prospect of the rest-day to follow!
Yang-Fan scored another impressive which took him to 4/5. Anna recovered from her first loss to move to 3½/5.
